In Brief: Gregg and Catherine of True the Vote, investigating evidence relating to 2020 election were informed of software used by election officials provided by company named Konnech, that had been storing the personal information of 1.5 million poll workers nationwide on a server located in China, allowing open access. They provided this information to authorities who refused access, so they released it to the public. The CEO of Konnech filed a civil complaint into Federal district court in Texas. The very next day, literally, the CEO was arrested by the L.A. California's attorney's office for the identical crime. He was released on $1million bond. Meanwhile, Gregg & Catherine, appeared before the court for the defamation, the trial judge refused to allow evidence of the plaintiff's arrest for the same claimed in defamation suit. They were arrested for not releasing the name of a federal informant present at the scene, but not the source of the evidence released. They were held without bond, in cruel conditions for a week until released by the federal appeals court. Held during 2022 election dates. True the Vote found some very damming evidence of the possibility of foreign interference on server in China included personal details of nearly 1.8 million US poll workers. Details like their names, phone numbers, addresses, etc. This was found while researching evidence related to that used in 2000 Mules. Also, how when Gregg and Catherine brought it to the attention of the FBI, instead of investigating the evidence provided, the FBI pursued them.
